Terms & Conditions – Spring Break 2026

By booking your Spring Break trip through The Agency Chic, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully, as they affect your legal rights.

Deposits & Payments

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Unless otherwise stated in writing by the supplier, all payments (including final payments) are non-refundable.

• Final payment deadlines will be strictly enforced. Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation with no refund of monies paid.

• Client agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback for any supplier penalties, cancellations, or fees properly applied under these Terms & Conditions.

Airfare (if included in your package)

• Passenger names must be provided exactly as they appear on your government-issued ID or passport.

• The Agency Chic is not responsible for costs associated with name corrections, misspellings, or changes once tickets are issued. All airline penalties or fees are the traveler’s responsibility.

Travel Documentation

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visas if required, identification, vaccination records, etc.).

• The Agency Chic is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or additional costs due to improper documentation.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

• All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the supplier.

• Changes to reservations are subject to supplier availability and may result in additional fees, which are the traveler’s responsibility.

• The Agency Chic is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or acts of nature beyond our control.

Behavior & Responsibility of Travelers

• All travelers are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully.

• Travelers are liable for any damages they cause to resort property, transportation, or other facilities.

• The Agency Chic is not responsible for fines, penalties, or removal from property due to misconduct, excessive intoxication, underage drinking, or failure to follow resort policies.

Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

• The Agency Chic acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers (including but not limited to airlines, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers).

• We do not own, operate, or control any of the services provided. Therefore, The Agency Chic is not responsible for:

  • Acts, errors, or omissions of suppliers

  • Injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity to travelers or their belongings

  • Weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, health pandemics, mechanical issues, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control (collectively “Force Majeure Events”)

Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellation, interruption, or medical emergencies.

• If a traveler declines insurance, they assume full financial responsibility for all losses and expenses incurred.

Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

• Any legal action arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be filed only in the courts of Monroe County, Pennsylvania.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Agreement

By submitting your booking and/or payment, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions;

2. You are authorized to agree on behalf of all travelers in your party; and

3. You release The Agency Chic from any and all liability in connection with your travel arrangements.
