Group Size Requirement – A group is considered 10 or more cabins booked through The Agency Chic.
Scholarship Eligibility – All cabins must be booked through our agency to qualify for the Graduation Scholarship Program.
Scholarship Awards – 10 cabins = 1 scholarship; 20 cabins = 2 scholarships or 1 larger award (group decides).
Deposit Amounts – Cruise deposits vary by cruise line, typically $250 per person, due at booking to hold your cabin. Initial group deposit is $50 per cabin.
Final Payment Date – Final payment deadlines depend on the cruise line, usually 90–120 days before sailing.
Payment Plans Available – Flexible payment options are available to make it easier for each guest to pay individually.
Cabin Selection – Book early to secure the best cabin locations; verandahs and suites sell out fastest.
Dynamic Pricing – If group space is sold out, cabins can still be booked individually at the cruise line’s current rates and still qualify for perks if booked through us.
Identification Requirements – Passports are highly recommended for all guests; check entry requirements for destinations.
Age Restrictions – Guests under 21 must share a cabin with someone 25 or older (varies by cruise line). We can arrange cabins to ensure we meet these requirements.
