Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website, services, or engaging The Agency Chic for travel planning and booking services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

The Agency Chic acts as a travel advisor and intermediary between travelers and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and travel insurance companies.

We assist clients with planning, researching, arranging, and booking travel services but do not own, operate, or control the travel suppliers providing those services.

2. Planning Fees

Certain travel planning services require a non-refundable planning fee.

Planning fees compensate The Agency Chic for professional consultation, research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and travel planning services.

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Planning fees are non-refundable.

• Planning fees may be applied toward a final booking when stated in the service agreement.

• Planning fees do not guarantee pricing, availability, or confirmation of travel services.

3. Pricing & Availability

Travel pricing and availability are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and payment is received.

Quotes are not guaranteed and may change due to:

• Supplier pricing adjustments

• Currency fluctuations

• Fuel surcharges

• Taxes and government fees

• Promotional expiration

• Inventory availability

The Agency Chic is not responsible for price increases occurring prior to deposit or final payment.

4. Payments

Clients are responsible for reviewing all invoices, confirmations, and payment schedules.

Failure to make payments by supplier deadlines may result in:

• Cancellation of reservations

• Supplier penalties

• Loss of deposits

• Additional fees

The Agency Chic is not responsible for reservations canceled due to missed payment deadlines.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier.

Refund eligibility, penalties, and cancellation terms are determined by the supplier providing the travel service.

The Agency Chic does not control supplier refund policies and cannot guarantee refunds.

Any planning fees or professional service fees paid to The Agency Chic remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Travel insurance may provide protection for:

• Trip cancellation

• Trip interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Emergency evacuation

• Lost baggage

• Travel delays

Clients who decline travel insurance assume all financial risk associated with cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, supplier bankruptcy, weather events, and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Travel Documentation

Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including:

• Passports

• Visas

• Vaccination records

• Entry permits

• Government-issued identification

The Agency Chic is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete, invalid, or expired travel documentation.

8. Travel Requirements

Clients are responsible for complying with all:

• Immigration requirements

• Customs regulations

• Health requirements

• Entry restrictions

• Local laws and regulations

Requirements may change at any time and without notice.

9. Supplier Responsibility

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers.

The Agency Chic is not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of suppliers

• Schedule changes

• Delays

• Cancellations

• Bankruptcy or insolvency

• Accidents or injuries

• Loss of personal property

• Service disruptions

• Force majeure events

Any disputes regarding travel services must be addressed directly with the supplier.

10. Force Majeure

The Agency Chic shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Severe weather

• Epidemics or pandemics

• Government actions

• Civil unrest

• Terrorism

• Labor disputes

• Transportation disruptions

• Supplier insolvency

11. Passport, Visa & Travel Document Services

The Agency Chic may assist clients with passport, visa, and travel documentation services.

Approval of passports, visas, or travel documents is solely determined by the issuing government authority.

The Agency Chic does not guarantee approval, processing times, or issuance of any travel document.

12. SMS Communications Terms

By opting into SMS communications from The Agency Chic, you agree to receive text messages regarding:

• Travel updates

• Booking notifications

• Payment reminders

• Appointment reminders

• Travel alerts

• Marketing and promotional communications

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, text, and materials created by The Agency Chic remain the property of The Agency Chic and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Agency Chic's liability for any claim arising from travel planning services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid directly to The Agency Chic for those services.

The Agency Chic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within Pennsylvania.

16. Changes to Terms

The Agency Chic reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms & Conditions.
