Hello, it's Kait!

Growing up in the mountains of Pennsylvania, I developed a deep connection with nature, which opened the door to many exciting opportunities throughout my life. My family and I spent most of our time outdoors, often exploring state and national parks. When I attended Penn State (We Are!), I discovered my true passion as a student in the Recreation, Park, Tourism, and Management department. After being cooped up in classrooms all year, I spent my summers working with the U.S. Forest Service and National Park Service, kickstarting my travels across the country in search of adventure and excitement.

Now, as a mother of two young daughters, I get to share my love for the outdoors with my family, though it requires a lot more planning these days!

During my time with the National Park Service, I witnessed countless visitors embark on adventures, often with little idea of where they were headed. Even with my education in creating travel itineraries from Penn State, there was only so much I could do from the front desk. Now, I’m excited to help people fully experience these unforgettable places and beyond. I know how to craft a vacation that’s not just about seeing a new spot, but about creating a true adventure.
