Transfer Your Sandals Booking to The Agency Chic

You can transfer eligible Sandals/Beaches reservations to our agency to get personalized attention, bonus perks, and peace of mind. We’ll handle everything from now on so your trip is smooth, fun, and stress-free.
Sandals’ Transfer Policy
What You Need to Know
The great news is that Sandals and Beaches do allow you to transfer an existing booking to a travel professional like me, but there are a few rules to keep in mind:

Your booking must not be paid in full. Once final payment has been made, Sandals does not allow transfers.

Timing matters. Transfers are typically only accepted within about 30 days of when you first made the reservation.

Lead guest authorization is required. The person who booked must give written approval to add us as the official agent on file. (We will start this process for you once you submit the form)
Once your booking is transferred, We’ll be able to step in to:

Help manage room upgrades and special requests

Assist with booking excursions, spa, or dining

Provide concierge-level support before and during your trip
Please note that all changes are still subject to Sandals & Beaches’ terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and revisions.
