4. Payment and Fees

a. The Agency Chic accepts various forms of payment according to the specific suppliers being used for your trip.  We do not handle any actual payment transactions.  We receive your authorization and process the payment with the supplier on your behalf.  So your bank statements will read Royal Caribbean International or RCCL for each transaction.

b. Prices quoted by The Agency Chic are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

c. In the event of a cancellation or modification of a booking, fees may be applicable. These fees will be communicated to you prior to any changes being made.

 

5. Liability and Limitations

a. The Agency Chic acts as an intermediary between you and the travel service providers. We are not responsible for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these service providers.

b. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

c. The Agency Chic will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
